Royal Charity Polo Days

Polofix have annually hosted these quintessentially British days since 2005, where some 400 VIP guests enjoy an afternoon of sporting action with unrivalled hospitality in some of the country’s most iconic venues, such as Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Watership Down Estate.

To date, these hospitality experiences have raised over £1,000,000 for HRH The Duke of Cambridge and HRH Prince Henry of Wales’ chosen charities. 

Polofix’s responsibilities include:

• Sponsorship sales
• Venue management
• Event communications and liaisons with all event contractors 
• Event budgeting 
• Hospitality delivery
